YIN spring event

Amsterdam
15 May - 15 May 2024

The Young IFA Network (YIN) of the Netherlands will revive its seminar tradition with a spring event in Amsterdam. This time we will cover a current topic, relevant for (almost) all practitioners, be it the tax authorities, tax advisory firms or the judiciary: "New Dutch Legal Entity Classification Rules: A Fix-It-All Solution?".

The seminar will start with a keynote speech from Lex van Heijningen (Lecturer at the University of Amsterdam and connected to the Tax Knowledge Center of KPMG Meijburg & Co) on the subject. He will then be joined for a lively panel discussion chaired by our own YIN Committee member Marlies Baijer (Tax Partner at KPMG Meijburg & Co). The other panelists will be announced in due course through our LinkedIn page.

The seminar will cover both international as well as domestic tax considerations in order to conclude whether the new Dutch legal entity classification policy could be considered a fix-it-all or not.
