Belgium-Netherlands bilateral meeting: the new double tax treaty 

On 21 June 2023, a new treaty was concluded by Belgium and the Netherlands. It is expected that a joint explanatory memorandum will be available by Summer, marking an important milestone in the ratification process.

On 6 September 2024, the Belgian and Dutch branches will meet in Antwerp for a seminar on the occasion of the conclusion of this new treaty and to discuss other international tax developments that impact both countries.

The seminar will be held at A Room With A Zoo, next to Antwerp Central Station.
