📢 Announcement YIN Winter Seminar 2024: Court of Justice of the European Union clarifies EU law compatibility of Dutch anti-base erosion rule: What is left of Lexel?
On 4 October 2024, the Court of Justice of the European Union published its ruling in case C‑585/22 (Dutch judgment here: https://lnkd.in/eYqr2tvE). In the case the key question was if the Dutch anti-base erosion interest deduction rule (Article 10a of the Dutch corporate income tax act) is (partially) contrary to EU fundamental freedoms.
We are happy to share that Young IFA Network (YIN Netherlands) is organizing our 2024 Winter Seminar around this court ruling.
