POSTPONED: The Annual Assembly and YIN Seminar are postponed until early September.
The General Assembly will be held early September (new date to be announced soon) and will be followed by a YIN Seminar and networking drinks.
General Assembly (16h00 CET)
The meeting will commence at 16h00. The agenda and supporting documentation will be sent to branch members via email. Branch members participating in the General Assembly will receive a free copy of Over A.J. van den Tempel.
YIN Seminar (17h00 CET)
Following the General Assembly, YIN Netherlands will host its annual Spring Seminar. The seminar will discuss the Judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 26 February 2026, C-524/23 (πΆπππππ π πππ π£ π΅πππππ’π) and the impact on the implementation of the EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive in the Netherlands and beyond.
The topic will be introduced by Mees Vergouwen (KPMG Meijburg & Co and Leiden University), followed by a debate. More information will be announced on the LinkedIn page of the YIN Committee.
Participation is open to all existing and aspiring IFA members.
