2026 General Assembly and Seminar | Amsterdam

On Friday afternoon, 30 October, the Netherlands IFA Branch will hold its General Assembly, followed by a YIN Seminar and networking drinks.

General Assembly 

The agenda and supporting documentation will be sent to branch members via email. Branch members participating in the General Assembly will receive a free copy of Over A.J. van den Tempel.

YIN Seminar 

Following the General Assembly, YIN Netherlands will host its annual seminar. The seminar will address Pillar Two legal issues and related matters, with contributions by:

• Saskia Kohlhas (Erasmus University Rotterdam) - author of the academic factsheet "Beoordeling van het Side-by-Side-pakket van de OECD"
• Mart van Hulten (Tilburg University) - author of the academic factsheet "Side-by-side-pakket en stocktake" 

Participation is open to all existing and aspiring IFA members.
