Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes: 

  • Admission to all sessions of the scientific programme

  • Admission to all social events (except those by invitation only and optional canal cruise)

  • Daily lunch and coffee breaks 

The Organising Committee reserves the right to deny access to the Conference, in the case of failure to select the right fee category. If you wish to become an IFA member, please contact your local IFA branch in advance of the Conference.


Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques, cash payments and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the registration form.

Cancellation and refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. For cancellation on or before 1 May 2023, payment will be refunded minus an administration fee of 50%. For cancellations made after this date, no refunds will be made. Exchange rate differences and bank charges will also be deducted.

Registration desk and conference badges

Upon arrival at the Beurs van Berlage, you can register and receive your identification badge at the designated registration desk. All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear their badge. Entrance to meeting halls and exhibition area will not be permitted to any person without badge.

The registration desk will also help you with any additional questions regarding the conference.

All reasonable endeavours will be made to hold the 3rd IFA European Region Conference and to present the printed programme as scheduled so as to assure the comfort and safety of the Conference participants. However, neither the International Fiscal Association nor any of its Branches, nor their officers, employees, representatives or agents, shall have any liability to any person as a result of any cancellation of the Conference or any of the arrangements, programmes or plans connected therewith or any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from, or during such person’s presence in the Netherlands in connection with the Conference. Participants are advised to consider procuring their own (health and travel) insurance(s) against any such.
